Personal Leadership

Achieving Authentic Success

Personal Leadership is a Corporate Challenge
There are alarming trends in our society of human wreckage, marital breakdown, abusive families, relational fractures, increasing dysfunction, and depression. The root cause of these conditions is arguably a lack of principle based self-leadership. We can no longer dismiss these issues as somebody else's problem. These issues creep into our offices and boardrooms and can ultimately undermine a company's greatest asset - their people.

Dr. Ron Jensen is described as America's Life Coach, is the chairman of Future Achievement International, and author of
Achieving Authentic Success. This development process is used by individuals and leadership teams within organizations looking to build purpose, direction, and focus into their personal and professional lives.

The process begins with a one-day seminar that introduces the Authentic Life Principles. Participants then use the material by Ron Jensen's book to understand and apply to their lives.

Phil Eastman, a colleague of Ron Jensen's, has been trained, certified, and has personally lived by the 10 principles outlined in, Achieving Authentic Success.

Coaching

Phil Eastman - Leadership Coaching
Phil regularly works with clients who want an experienced "outside" perspective and advice on issues important to individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Coaching allows Phil and his clients to individualize engagements so that outcomes are tailored to the client's specific needs. In order to meet the needs of his clients, Phil provides three distinct types of coaching.

Many clients desire for the coaching relation to be tailored to provide leadership and team development. In this type of coaching Phil uses our
Performance Development Model to understand the leadership and team competencies that need to be strengthened, and constructs a teaching and coaching plan to build those capabilities.

In other situations clients are looking for a more individualized and prescriptive approach to their personal and organizational leadership. In those engagements Phil offers personal leadership development through principle-based Achieving Authentic Success materials from Future Achievement International. Phil is a Certified Personal Life Coach and as such is experienced in working with individuals, teams and organizations on the implementation of principle based living systems.

Finally, Phil engages with experienced leaders in a thinking-partner style of coaching. This style of coaching encourages Phil to provide a safe and seasoned perspective to the leader's challenges and opportunities. Phil's role is to enable the client to process and properly frame challenges and opportunities for leadership action and provide perspective that is often lost when a leader is "too close" to a situation. Because of his extensive experience, Phil makes an ideal thinking partner.

Lorene Rasmussen - Life Coach
Encourage individuals to seek their own gracious design for life and assist them to take action that honors themselves and others.

Life coaching has been described as, "customized self help and inspirational books brought to life. It is equivalent to attending a motivational seminar where the speaker talks only to you, so you can make the most of your gifts and talents."

Lorene involves supporting clients in discovering and creating what they most want in their lives. The coaching process actually calls forth the best in both the coach and the client. From this place, Lorene elicits information from the deepest part of the client that hadn't previously been accessible to them.

Working with Lorene, clients focus on what's working and build on that. If the client doesn't know what s/he wants in life, they will explore that. If the client does know what s/he wants, they begin to make new choices and create new habits. Life coaching builds a bridge between where the client is and where s/he wants to be.

Lorene's approach:
  1. Step In - Proclaim what you want to do, become, or have.
  2. Step Up - Create action steps (results/feedback) that give you the competence and confidence to begin to embody your true capabilities.
  3. Step Out - Take action to move into your design/destiny.

The process includes one initial complimentary consultation followed by 10 to 12 coaching sessions for $1,200. Each session will be at least one hour in length.

To make an investment in yourself, your passion, and your life . . .
