For 12 years Leadership Advisors Group has been optimizing the individual and organizational effectiveness of leaders.  Over the last five years we have focused our work into four categories; The Character of Leadership, Social Enterprise Leadership, Change Engagement and Dimensional Strategy (our strategic planning system).

We developed Dimensional Strategy based on our work with hundreds of companies over the past 12 years.  I am pleased to let you know that the Dimensional Strategy will be published this year.  As we did with The Character of Leadership we will self publish the system allowing organizations use of the system internally or with the help of a facilitator.
