Change Engagement

Change is a way of life for all organizations and yet many organizations overlook the challenges associated with implementing the human side of change initiatives. In response to the need for successful change initiatives, Leadership Advisors Group is equipped to help clients formulate strategies for change and assist in driving individual and organizational implementation of those strategies.

Years of diverse organizational experience have given us the tools to develop and implement change initiatives with our clients. We use a combination of research and time tested expertise to guide the development of each change initiative.

Changes vary in size and scope but each contain objectives that the organization wishes to reach and every change has two constituent components (mechanical, human) that must be handled expertly to achieve the change’s outcomes.  The mechanical components of any change are managed using project or process management while change engagement is employed manage the human components of the change.

Change engagement uses the research based change management methodology from Prosci.  Prosci is the world’s foremost research firm specializing in change management.  We us their processes and tools for achieving outcomes by anticipating, activating and accelerating people’s success in new environments.  Change Engagement begins with a clear understanding of what is changing, why it is changing and the risk of not changing and the outcomes the organization will receive.

For an organizational change to fully deliver its intended benefits each individual impacted by must fully engage.  This means that every person impacted must be given the time, information and tools to comprehend commit and demonstrate the capability to succeed in the new environment that the change creates.

Our Change Engagement approach is led by Phil Eastman.  In addition to his extensive experience in industry and as a leadership advisor, Phil is a Master Instructor for Prosci.  His change experience and expertise is second to none in  helping organizations plan and execute changes to deliver their intended outcomes.
