Avery is passionate about helping clients become agile, adaptive and change-capable. Her experience includes supporting and advising hundreds of organizations in best practices in change leadership, change coaching and change management methodology.
Avery designed and developed Prosci’s change management Train-the-Trainer curriculum and has been featured in Contact Center Pipeline for her expertise in change management communications.
Avery contributes her passion for success to Leadership Advisors client’s by optimizing their individual and organizational effectiveness.
As a founding member and volunteer with the Association of Change Management Professionals, Avery has helped to orchestrate three global conferences.
Avery earned a Bachelor degree from Colorado State University in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice in 2006.
