Jake Hines is a leader with more than twelve years of experience as a global business owner, corporate executive, speaker, and advisor.  From small business startups to international corporations, Jake has used his experience as a former professional athlete to infuse the fundamentals of self-discipline and healthy competition to fuel his passion for leadership development and team building that reflects a culture of excellence.  His philosophy is that “leadership is life” and that leadership transcends business, overflowing into societies, communities, and families.

Dubbed “a business athlete” by top business leaders such as Richard Durham, Founder & Chairman of Aries Capital Partners, Jake has leveraged his unique versatility to lead companies from ground-floor start-up, to full scale re-branding, and  international expansion.  For the past four years he has led a multimillion-dollar global-sales organization.

Drawing on a high intensity athletic and business background, Jake is a well-traveled speaker, teacher, and advisor to growing organizations in the United States, Japan, Europe, Mexico, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Jake is husband to Beth, and father to the three joys of his life-Lucas, Presleigh, and Levi.  He is a little league coach and golfer, and he loves to fish and play in the outdoors.
