Robert Hirai is a management, organizational, and leadership development professional with over 30 years of business experience. Robert’s background includes extensive work in the financial services industry and the non-profit sector. His work included leading a team of training professionals and delivering a multitude of courses to managers and senior executives.

Robert has numerous national certifications in leadership/management development curriculum.  His work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and various multi-rater instruments has allowed him to develop expertise in the coaching and developing of leaders and executives.
